We have been trading since 2006 specialising in refurbished Cordless Home Phones, These phones are 14 days customers return from high street super stores, our technical team carefully test clean and repack for sale, Most of the phone are Brand New condition. Typical cosmetic defects will include wear on keyboards and handset areas, scratches, nicks and marks on the outer casing and screen blemishes which are only noticeable when the power is off. Our comprehensive testing and the refurbishment process undergone assure that this product is in perfect working order.
These are products that have been returned to the manufacturer where it is tested (repaired if faulty) and repacked. These products are then resold as a factory refurbished, there may be marks or scratching from the handling it receives, we always try and send a original manuals when possible it will normally come in original box but if we find the box is marked during inspection we repack in a new brown box or padded envelope but it will be shipped securely. The item comes with a 6 month warranty (provided by MMBTELEPHONES at massive discount prices, (6 month warranty) As well as stocking current top brands, British telecom, Binatone, Idect, Philips, and Panasonic.
Where do they come from and why are they returned?
Our “Refurbish” products come from various manufacturers and mainstream high street shopping chains that have been sent back for an array or various reasons such as:
“14 Day returns” – Products that have been ordered and returned under the 14 day no quibble returns policy that most shops supply with their warranties, therefore these can’t be resold as new as seals may have been broken.
“Ex-Demonstration” – Stock that has been on the shop floor or shopping /product exhibitions and although they are new they may have had fingerprints, missing parts or have had the packaging damaged.
“Faulty Returns” – Customer have returned their product due to a fault. But this is not always the case and a huge percentage of faulty returned good is just down to user error and in fact has not fault at all
If you want to return something, write or e-mail within 14 days of receiving the goods. Items must then be posted back or otherwise shipped by the buyer, to be received no later than 7 days after they have given notice of their intent to return them. A refund will be given for goods returned in the same condition in which they were shipped eqliuid or similar items must not have been unsealed.
